Y Sports Leagues provide an introductory, fun experience for children ages 3-18 years old. We're always in need of Volunteer Coaches to help teach sportsmanship, teamwork & specific skills to the kids! Running experience necessary. The YMCA of Greater Richmond Swim League operates with the help of parent volunteers. We ask that ALL parents participate in volunteering at regular season swim meets and the Championship meet in order to successfully run and operate a quality meet experience for you and your swimmer. Leaders' Club Senior Leaders will serve as role models for our Junior Leaders' and Leaders' Club Program. This includes working with the Leaders' Club Advisor, upholding our YMCA Core Values, and modeling positive behaviors for our teens in the Leaders' Club Program.
